Can I Drink on a No-Drink Probation
Quote from Keith Hoyt on February 16, 2018, 7:11 amMy question involves criminal law for the state of: minnesota
I was recently convicted of 2nd degree assault with a firearm in the state of minnesota, and the judge ordered me a no-drink for the duration of my jail term and seven-year probation. now comes the tricky part; i am getting married this summer, and i wanted to know if i am legally able to consume alcohol if it is on private property owned by my family. any help anyone could give me would be great. thanks

Did someone refer you here?
man may do as he wish as long as he does not trespass on another man or his property.
If you are the legal person and that is what you believe and i do presume that You do based on the fact you mentioned "convicted". Then, yes it would be ilegal for that legal person to consume alcohol based on the judges order.
Trick is knowing the difference between man and person.
