someone i know was arrested for burglary in one county while on probation in another county was locked up made bond on the burglary charge but wasn't released was transfered to the other county for violating 
there probation been in jail now for four months and is now being told when he goes to court he would be tried for the burglary charges in the county were they are on probation can a county transfer charges from one county to another
