in 2000 my husband was trying to enter the us using an us citizen birth certificate. he was not jailed just processed and sent back to Mexico on the next available fight. he was branded was false claim on his record . in 2013 he was captured in Arizona and served jail time. but with a lesser sentence he was old the his false claim would be expunged and would have 2 accounts of illegal reentry on his record. so my question is he admissible for Canada or is it harshly frowned upon like the U.S.?
