Guest Check Statement Book
How do I get a book of the guest check type tablet? It would be the "billing" document that you give or serve upon the [wo]man, whose wish or order you have filled. Perhaps I could get the suggested words to type up my own?

and then I would add, what service was performed and an amount, but what words would be on the invoice, every time?

I want to give one of these to each of the three deputies who placed me under a/rest. Where would I send them? To the sheriff's dept?
You would have to give a bill to each Deputy. The Sheriff’s Department is under no obligation to make delivery to them for you. Certify the bill through the USPS. All other mailing agencies are firewalls.
