Invest. Closed by dfs before court children in custody
D.f.s. will be here in less than 3 hours. For reg. schueduled home visit. Last night i opened found mail. Opened letter from d.f.s. documenting investigation closed. From 3/15/18. On 4/06/18 i was forced to plead guilty, to what was unsubstantiated in letter. From what i am gathering via said letter. How can I be, in a court room, for anything regarding an investigation that doesnt excist? Much less forced to plead guilty? To what the letter dismissed. WHY do i not have kids home from 2/23/18? Its 7/2/18! I have been, orderd... 6 therapists etc... ... ... all this hoop jumping. .. i i nt have time now to explain. Many battles to come. Ill have to get the gold package on here. ... But right now. I need to know, do i open my door to d.f.s. hand her a copy of said dismissing letter, and say, 'I want my kids home in 1 hour!' Hand her a handwritten notice of cease and desist if she looks at me all stupid. If yes to letter hand writen neater version of this? The middle isnt correct, please help me form that part. The lady im handing it to has 2 supervisers above her and a directer. she is my case manager through a contracted agency. By d.f.s. Who is paying the foster mom? Whos paying my said case manager? If shes contracted out from d.f.s. why would they not tell her, there was never a case opened? Why does the judge not know that? How are they keeping custody of my kids, when im APPARENTLY, the custodial parent. Via the courts placing my kids into foster care, via court proceedings, over same disregarded alligations? Im still undergoing court, juvenille meetings, (f.s.t.) my next one on the 9th ??? Should i not answer the door and rescuedule with her? Continue the meeting pleading the 5th, not disclosing my letter? Can i call the police and request my kids? Yes i am filing individual separate claims, as as a woman to a few individual men and women. Great harm has been bestowed on me and my children! We are greatly traumatized! I lost a buisness too etc... I can get my check and get gold membership by Fri. NO wait i have a 150 money order in my purse now for my child support. I can get the cash, and pay gold membership by today, can i get a structured form, ( help structuring), of said claim i want to distribute amoungst this clan of before mentioned (judge etc..) from gold membership? Do i have to get letters out before i get kids? Will she go get them? It will read. Woman not man (i understand that part.

i’m sorry but seems like your a parrot with that paper. you need to be more exact and more on the dumb side like it’s a room of baby’s who just learned the tongue. btw it’s not “or property” it’s just property. if a random man or women ran in your pockets how would you handle that without killing them. wats legal and right and wrong are different and right and wrong is different for everyone. just trying to help. but be more exact about wat your trying to do and vague about the property if you need to describe it attach a picture

Thia is incredibly confusing. You know you can email karl directly right? That letter is not accurate at all. You need to require your property back . Not cease and desist.
