Can't see the text in the body when creating a forum post

For some reason when I write a post I can't see a cursor, and I can't see the text. It is like it is writing in white ink...because If I highlight the body I can see the words...Can anyone advise?

Wow, 25 views and not a single answer or comment, about a question that was so precisely illustrated that a simple, " yes" or "No", would suffice??

I'm appalled! Shocked! Outraged! (and every other synonym I can muster)
