I convicted and guilty in 2008 for "Make False Representation to make gain for self" under UK Fraud Act 2006. The sentence was 120 hours community unpaid work & completed 6 years ago, no conviction after. Under UK rehabilitation Act 1974 my conviction become spent. Kindly please answer, am i inadmissible to Canada on immigration purpose?
