I am currently trying to sponsor my spouse. I am filling out the application but when it comes to the question about criminal record, I have one, but not the way it is worded. It asks for at least 10 years, mine was five. Should I attach an explanation or will that hurt me? The answer is technically no, but I don't want to look like I am withholding anything.
