What my spouse's real income is? He told me by phone that he plans on claiming he makes 0 in income. He works under the table as a musician and gets paid $50 per hour and has extra income, up to $5000 a month. He does not report his income. He recently sold the marital home and held on to all of the proceeds...nearly 100K in equity. Threatens me with fraud lawsuits--says I made him purchase the marital home against his will, though his name is on the deed too--when I tell him I will have to file for spousal and child support. Any ideas?
