The two affidavits
1. Affidavit of fee schedule
2. Reservation of Rights

Swim started asking questions and " qualified professional" what is completely lost.

Swim asked to have the two affidavits placed into the court of Records and was told to have a seat.

Minutes later the same lieutenant with three other armed plain-clothed cops at his side entered the scene.

Handing back the affidavits in removing swim from the premises.

Swim then emailed the lady swim was talking to in court and emailed jp3 directly and those parties ignored emails, however, swim can verify for a fact that they opened the emails.

As far as swim was concerned recorded entered into default.

Months go by and then JP3 shows up out of nowhere sitting in a court date for a jury trial

Swim starts trying to contact jp3 get some answers to the jury trial thing and they ignored 20 or so of his faxes.

Swim calls jp3 and ask questions and they hang up on swim.

Then they issue a warrant for swims arrest
