I was arrested and convicted of a municipal ordinance violation I appealed the case to Circuit and was convicted again and just found out that it caused a criminal record. Because of this I lost my Job and really need help. It appears that the courts upgraded the charge on appeal because from everything I have read an ordinance violation is in no way CRIMINAL! any advice is greatly appreciated.
