Please fill in the blanks for me dealing with courts cps filing a claim???

• I give notice to who ever is holding my property .also i run a notice for 30 days claiming my property in a public domain .once I've done all that I open my own court case but still show up to cps court case to stay in honor .when opening up my claim I open it up under title restoration of property and fill out a tort claim and when submitting to the court I call my property my child's name and staple as an exhibit a picture of my child now is this correct or am I way off help please three kids lives are depending on me and ive putt my faith that you are good americans who are for real not just a bunch of aholes who have a sick since of humor so please help me ive been railroaded by cps and desperately need help I'm not rich dont have a lot of money and hate asking for help but ive been beaten down by these people trying to stand up for myself
