i was living with my uncle. he past away. i am still living at the property. the housing association is taking me to court for possession. need some advice or info into common law rights to property

Are you your uncle's heir? Did he own the home? You shouldwatch more of Karl's youtubes... I believe you can file a claim against them in common law court (not exactly sure what title to put on it) and then require them to prove they have any right to the property. But if he didn't own it, you probably have to leave,..

If a man or a woman can not come forward and claim that property by oath of affirmation then you should be good. Listen to more of Karl's audio like the person above me mentioned.
