I had a misdemeanor charge back in 2012, pled no contest (nolo contendre) and was given deferred adjudication (I was never convicted) which was successfully completed and my case was dismissed. I then had my record sealed. If I were to apply for a work visa there in Canada, would I need to report this on the Criminal History information?
