Hi there,

Me and my wife have just come to Canada, on a work permit. We both are enjoying our time here and want to apply for PR. I received my police certificate, but on them was;

Caution for Battery, 27/10/2013

and,

Conditional Caution for assault on a constable, 27/10/2013 but dated - 09/12/2013.

Now I'm worried this would deny me PR, so do I wait until the 5 years is up to apply for rehabilitation and then get PR or what?

I hope you can help me on this matter,
